Last week (October 6 to November 12, 2006) there were 55 new and back on the market listings with an average list price of $203,644 and average market time of 80 days. During this same time period 24 homes went to pending (under contract). The average list price of these homes was $193,067 with an average of 89 days on the market. There were 12 closings in Rochester residential real estate last week, with an average price of $176,671 and 152 days on the market. Last week 82 listings expired; the average asking price was $211,352 with an average of 129 days on the market.
