I was motivated to begin making smart investments after reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. Alex explained to me that I could buy a duplex, live in one unit and rent out the other. She owns her own rental property and explained to me how it works though her experience as a real estate investor. Her knowledge and experience gave me the confidence that I can purchase a property and find good tenants to put in it. Now I own a duplex and the tenants pay the majority of my mortgage. Alex made the entire process work very smoothly.
